Write about what you know. If you don't know much about a subject that interests your readers, invite an expert.

You know your audience better than anyone, so always think about them when creating your blog posts. Write about what's important to them. If your company has a Facebook page, use it to inspire your posts.
Focus and plan your post
When you have a good idea for a post, start with a draft. Some people like to start with a good title and then develop the paragraphs, while others prefer to start with subheadings. Choose whichever method you prefer.
Don't forget to add images
Remember to include high-quality images on your blog. Images give the text a breather and make it more readable, as well as expressing emotions or ideas that are difficult to put into words.
Edit carefully before posting
When you're happy with the text, wait a day or two and read it again. You'll probably want to add or even remove something. Ask a friend or colleague to check for errors. When your post is free of mistakes, insert it into your blog and publish it.
