1 - Objective of the Policy
Aioros Studios ("Aioros" or "We") is a company specialized in bringing the immersion, innovation and interactivity of the digital gaming universe to the business, marketing and training environment, developing solutions through resources such as augmented reality, virtual reality, artificial intelligence and gamification for its clients ("Clients").
With the commitment to raise awareness among users and visitors ("You") of our website (https://aioros.com.br/) ("Site") this Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy" or "Policy") has been developed to explain in a clear and accessible manner how your information and data will be handled, and to demonstrate our commitment to treat your data in good faith, transparency and responsibility.
This Policy is available for you to access and follow on our Website.
2 - Legal basis and updates
2.1 The Aioros Privacy Policy has been prepared in accordance with the Brazilian legal system, in particular with Federal Law No. 11944549090, of April 23, 2014 ("Marco Civil da Internet") and Federal Law No. 11944549090, of August 14, 2018 ("LGPD").
2.2 The Policy may be modified as a result of any regulatory update or by any directive to be issued by the National Data Protection Authority ("ANPD"), or by any procedural and directive modification of Aioros, which is why we recommend that You periodically consult this Privacy Policy.
2.2.1 Whenever there is an update to this Policy, we will communicate such update by means of a notice (footnote) on the Website or by sending an e-mail.
3 - Definitions
3.1 For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, and in accordance with Article 5 of the LGPD, the following are considered:
Processing Agents: These are the natural or legal persons who carry out the Data processing. They are classified as "Controller" or "Operator".
Legal bases: hypotheses provided for in the LGPD that determine when Data Processing may be carried out, are contained in Art. 7 and Art. 11 of the LGPD.
Controller: Is the natural or legal person, whether governed by public or private law, who is responsible for decisions regarding the processing of Data.
Cookies: These are small text files that contain information about visitors to a website. Their function is to identify and store information about visitors to the Site, such as: Name, IP, E-mail and sites visited.
Personal Data: means any information relating to you that directly identifies you or allows you to be identified.
Sensitive Personal Data: are your personal data relating to your racial or ethnic origin, religious conviction, political opinion, membership of a trade union or organization of a religious, philosophical or political nature, data relating to your health or your sex life, your genetic or biometric data.
Data: means Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data together.
Operator: Is the natural or legal person, under public or private law, who carries out the Data Processing on behalf of the Controller.
Data Subject: Is the natural person to whom the Data refers, i.e. it is You.
Data Processing or Processing and its variations: means any operation we carry out with your Data, such as collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, archiving, storage, deletion, evaluation or control of the information, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination or extraction.
4 - What Personal Data do we process?
4.1 We may Process the following Personal Data:
- a) Users of and visitors to the Aioros Website:
(i) Data for sending "Contact Us": name, telephone/WhatsApp, e-mail (optional) and message; and
(ii) Navigation Data and Cookies: as described in section 4.2.
- b) Data on users and visitors to our Instagram (@aiorosstudios), LinkedIn (Aioros Studios) and Facebook (Aioros Studios) social media pages and any others that may be created:
(i) Identification and qualification data: username, name, social name (if applicable);
(ii) Contact details: e-mail address, landline or cell phone;
(iii) Data that You provide to Aioros on a voluntary basis: photos, videos, captions and messages.
4.2. The Data we process can be accessed/collected in various ways, including: directly from You, by third parties acting as our Operators or through public sources. Data will preferably be collected/accessed digitally, but in some exceptional cases it may also be collected physically, through forms, registrations, service requests and other means.
4.3 We do not collect your Sensitive Personal Data. However, in cases where the collection of Sensitive Personal Data occurs, we will inform you about it - either by updating this Policy or by communicating directly with You - and we will adopt all the measures that are necessary to guarantee the security of the information and the lawfulness of the Processing.
4.4 We do not process the data of children and adolescents, but if we do, we will always seek specific and prominent consent from one of their parents or legal guardians.

5.1. By using the Aioros Website, You acknowledge the use of cookies in accordance with the conditions described herein. You can manage the use of cookies through the Aioros Website.
5.1.1 Which cookies do we use on our website?
- a) Strictly necessary cookies: these are essential for browsing the Aioros Website. Without these cookies, browsing the Site may be affected. When you close your browser, the cookie will automatically disappear.
- b) Functional cookies: collect anonymous information and cannot track your movements on other sites. They allow the Site to store information you have already entered, so that it can offer you improved and more personalized functions. Functional cookies are also used to enable features requested by You, such as video playback.
- c) Performance cookies: allow tracking of the number of visitors to the Aioros Website as well as information such as the number of views a page gets, how long a user spends on a page and other pertinent statistics. 7 - What is our role in processing your personal data?
7.1 Aioros will act as Controller of the Personal Data collected from You when accessing our Website and when interacting on social networks, as indicated in the items above, which means that Aioros will be responsible for making the decisions regarding the Processing of Your Personal Data, which will always be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the LGPD.
8 - Who do we share your Personal Data with?
8.1. Aioros may share Personal Data with partners for the sole purpose of enabling the execution of the purposes described in item 6 above. Thus, Aioros may share your Personal Data with:
- a) Partner companies that provide services to Aioros, such as legal, accounting, technology and information security.
- b) Companies responsible for maintaining and managing the Aioros database, based in Brazil or abroad.
- c) Judicial, administrative, arbitration and governmental authorities in the event of a request to send this data and comply with an institutional order.
- d) Aioros service providers and employees who need access to such data for the performance of their activities.
e) Companies responsible for carrying out Aioros' advertising, marketing and publicity services.
9 - Does Aioros transfer your data abroad?
9.1 We use cloud data storage tools and the company responsible for providing the cloud services may be based abroad.
10 - How long is your data processed for?
10.1 We undertake to store your Personal Data only until the fulfillment of the intended purpose or until you request the cancellation, suspension or deletion of the data.
10.2 If there is legal authorization to keep the Data for a period longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, as well as after the request for deletion by the Data Subject, Aioros reserves the right to keep the Personal Data for the maximum legal period allowed.
11 - Security measures adopted
11.1 All Personal Data Processing carried out by Aioros complies with the standards and rules set out in the LGPD. Aioros undertakes to apply technical and administrative measures to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access and from situations of destruction, loss, theft, misuse, alteration, communication or dissemination of the Personal Data shared.
11.2 It should be noted that no processing of Personal Data is absolutely safe. In this regard, Aioros shall not be liable under any circumstances for damages caused by Your improper use of the Website. Furthermore, Aioros shall not be held liable for the exclusive fault of third parties, such as in the event of an attack by hackers or crackers, or for Your exclusive fault, such as in the event that You Yourself have transferred Your data to a third party.
11.3 In the event of a breach of Personal Data, whether Sensitive or not, Aioros will take all necessary measures to prevent or reduce any damage, including promptly informing You, as the Data Subject, and the ANPD, of the occurrence of a security incident, under the terms set forth in the LGPD.

12.1 The Site may contain links to other third party websites and online services. If You choose to visit another website or online service by clicking on a link, You will be redirected to the third party website or online service. The fact that You are directed to a website or online service is not an endorsement, authorization or representation of affiliation by Aioros with that third party, nor is it an endorsement of the privacy or information security policies or practices determined/used by the third party.
12.2 Aioros does not exercise control over third party websites and online services and, for this reason, you are advised to read the privacy policies and terms of use before providing any information or using other websites or services.
13 - What are your rights as a Data Subject?
13.1 The LGPD defines in Art. 18 all the rights of the Personal Data Subject, which are: (i) confirmation of the existence of processing; (ii) access to data; (iii) correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; (iv) anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary, excessive data or data processed in non-compliance with the LGPD; (v) data portability; (vi) deletion of Personal Data processed with the consent of the data subject (vii) information on the sharing of their Personal Data, on the possibility of not providing consent and on the consequences of refusal; (viii) revocation of consent.
13.2 In order for Aioros to fulfill Your requests above, all reasonable efforts will be undertaken in the shortest possible time, but You should be aware that this may occur:
- a) Any delay in service due to justifiable factors, such as the complexity of the request.
- b) Rejection of your request for formal reasons (for example, if you cannot prove your identity) or legal reasons (for example, a request to delete data that can be kept by law; a request for a copy of a document that will only be provided if there is explicit consent, as long as it does not breach professional secrecy, confidential/secret information, business secrets, commercial information, among others).
13.3 In the event of any refusal or delay, Aioros will provide detailed reasons for the failure to comply.
14 - How to ask questions about this Policy and exercise your rights as a Card Holder
14.1 If You have any questions or wish to discuss any point about the Privacy Policy or wish to exercise any of Your rights described in this Policy (item 13) and in the LGPD, You may contact the Aioros Data Officer by e-mail at contato@aioros.com.br.
14.2. The rights described in item 9 of this Policy can only be exercised by the Data Subject. Aioros will therefore ask you to provide information and/or documents proving your identity.
14.3 The exercise of any of the rights, in particular the elimination and revocation of consent, by You, whenever possible, does not remove the lawfulness of the Processing of Personal Data already carried out by Aioros.
15 - Final Provisions
This is the first version of the Aioros Privacy Policy and was published on July 26, 2024 and may be revised whenever necessary.
Any disputes arising from this Privacy Policy shall be submitted to the courts of Belo Horizonte/MG.
