PRIVACY POLICY - TRANSITANDO LEGAL DIGITAL


1. Objective of the Policy 


1.1 BHTRANS, headquartered at Av. Eng. Carlos Goulart, 900 - Buritis, Belo Horizonte - MG, CEP: 30.455-902, developed with its contractor, Aioros Studios Ltda, headquartered in Belo Horizonte/MG, at Avenida Portugal, nº 4273, Sala 403, Itapoã neighborhood, CEP: 31.710-400, registered with the CNPJ under number 23.857.510/0001-85 ("Aioros"), the application called Transitando Legal Digital, available for download in the Apple and Google Play stores ("Application").


1.2 The purpose of the app is to educate young people about general traffic rules, enabling them to move around safely, kindly and with respect for others. 



1.3 In order to raise awareness among users and visitors ("You") of the Application, this Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy" or "Policy") has been developed to explain in a clear and accessible manner how your information and data will be handled, and to demonstrate our commitment to treating your data in accordance with good faith, transparency and responsibility. This Policy is available for you to access and follow in the Application itself. 


2. Legal basis and updates


2.1 The Application's Privacy Policy has been prepared in accordance with the Brazilian legal system, in particular with Federal Law No. 12,965, of April 23, 2014 ("Marco Civil da Internet") and Federal Law No. 13,709, of August 14, 2018 ("LGPD").


2.2 The Policy may be modified as a result of any regulatory update or by any directive to be issued by the National Data Protection Authority ("ANPD"), or by any procedural and directive modification of Aioros, BHTrans, which is why we recommend that You periodically consult this Privacy Policy.


2.3 Whenever there is an update to this Policy, we will communicate such update by means of a notice on the Application or by sending an e-mail. 


3. Definitions 


For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, words in capital letters will be defined in accordance with the LGPD. 



4. Data processed 


4.1 BHTRANS will act as Controller of the Personal Data collected when accessing the Application, which will always be carried out in accordance with the LGPD.


4.2 The Application does not collect Sensitive Personal Data. 



5. Safety measures adopted


Personal Data, if collected, will be processed in accordance with the LGPD and with access limited to authorized persons.


6. Rights as a Personal Data Subject


6.1 All the rights defined by the LGPD in art. 18 are guaranteed, namely: confirmation of the existence of processing; access to data; correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; blocking or deletion of unnecessary, excessive or processed data that does not comply with the LGPD; data portability; deletion of Personal Data processed with the consent of the data subject; information on the sharing of their Personal Data, on the possibility of not providing consent and on the consequences of refusal; revocation of consent. 


6.2 At any time, the user may change their registration data in the Application, and is solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of said data, as provided for in these Terms.


7. How to ask questions about this Policy and exercise your rights as a Card Holder


The rights described in this Policy can only be exercised by the Data Subject. They will therefore be asked to provide information and/or documents proving their identity.


8. Final Provisions


This is the first version of the Application's Privacy Policy and published on April 26, 2023 and may be revised whenever necessary.



Any disputes arising from this Privacy Policy shall be submitted to the courts of Belo Horizonte/MG.
