Itaú Uniclass: innovation and interactivity to strengthen the connection with customers
Itaú Uniclass has taken the banking experience to another level with a Runner game, to engage and reinforce the benefits of the Black Card in an innovative way.
We were inspired by the world of running - in line with the bank's sponsorship of marathons - transporting players to a track customized with the brand's colors and identity, as well as an exclusive character.
Available in three branches and at Itaú's Marketing office, the game turned waiting into interaction. In the game, participants collected virtual dollar bills, which in the end were converted into the player's total score, representing the conversion of card points.
With this gamified experience, Itaú not only reinforced the value proposition of Uniclass, but also showed that innovation and creativity can transform the relationship between the financial sector and its customers.
