McCafé at Méqui 1000 with Phygital Experience
To celebrate Coffee Day, McDonald's distributed McCafé vouchers to give the product more visibility. And at Méqui 1000, the chain's most iconic store in Latin America, it was even more fun.
We developed a digital coffee machine where the public had to collect as many drops as possible to fill their cup. At the end of the experience, each participant received an exclusive voucher to redeem directly on the McDonald's app.
The journey was designed to turn engagement into action: those who did not yet have the app were automatically directed to download it, converting interaction into digital acquisition.
During the 14-day campaign, the activation generated more than 1,400 interactions, proving that strategy and entertainment can go hand in hand to generate engagement and results for the business.
